The house is secure, stable , bright co - operative . Its a very QUIET household, I am an artist and crafter and I live in the house with my partner. LOCATION Located in a safe neighbourhood near the corner of Greenbank and Baseline on the 88 bus route…an 11 min trip to Algonquin College by bus and a 7 min walk to the transit stop . The bus rolls by every 15 min.( off street parking available for $50.00/ mo) .Its about a 40 min trip to Carleton. INCLUDED Rent includes all utilities as well as laundry facilities and Bell fibe high speed unlimited internet .All you need to bring are your clothes , computer and yourself. The room looks like the pictures..there are no surprises.! They are completely furnished with everything you need including bedding…move in ready. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dedicated cupboard fridge and freezer space for each lodger .Guests are welcome to use the kitchen for simple meal prep for ( about 40 min/day) and clean up before leaving. We share the kitchen, bath, laundry room and a comfortable sitting room. GETTING ALONG Here’s the break down so you can see if it might work for you. There are a few rules to keep everybody happy. Out of consideration for other members of the house hold this is how it works: ……. keep it quiet from 11 pm to 8 am (no showers or cooking during this time) ……..cook for no more than 40 min/day ……..all clean up after ourselves and deal with our own garbage ……..have no guests …….share snow clearing and a bit of sweeping I require a last months rent deposit and photo ID.
