Single occupancy only, no couples, no day/overnight guests. Parking available on the driveway for an extra 50/month. In large, bright, clean, safe 4-bed single family home at Banner/Greenbank (Trend Village, near Bruce Pit). Minimum 8-month stay. 4-month stay considered for coop students. Room is furnished with desk, chair, bed with mattress (single bed in smaller room, queen bed in larger room), chest of drawers, bookcase, and ample closet space. I am the owner/female retired professional, looking for serious students only to share our peaceful household (owner and one male student currently boarding). Algonquin/coop student welcome. Must be quiet, clean, tidy, serious, mature, non-smoker, no-partying, no loud music. Rent includes reasonable use for all utilities, laundry use (one full load per week), kitchen use and unlimited 1G mbps high-speed internet. 5 minutes' walk to Robert Borden high school, 15 minutes by bus to Algonquin College, 25 minutes downtown by express bus, home facing and backing on passive parks. Walking distance (about 1.6 km) and bus to 250 Greenbank square (Metro, Tim Hortons, Shoppers Drug Mart, Subway, etc., biking, hiking trails (Bruce Pit). Parent's rent guarantee, ID, proof of enrolment, first and last month rents required.
