Washer and dryer are both in the apartment and are NOT coin operated (yay!). Plus, in addition to the huge closet in the bedroom, there's a massive storage closet just for you in the hallway! Females only please :) The current tenant is a mid 20's working professional. Monthly rent is $850 (not including wifi/hydro) but it's negotiable!
