| Gorgeous Escarpment Room for Summer Rent close to Brock University Dear everyone, I am offering a room in my beautiful home and property for a 2 month summer internship to learn about communal living, mindfulness, gardening, and so on. We have a thriving intentional community underway! We are looking for an intern for the months of July and August. Included in the rent is room and board. The property is located walking distance to the Pen Centre, borders the Bruce Trail, and a bike or bus ride away from Brock University. My home is clean and functional with access to the house including kitchen, separate bathrooms, and laundry. The landlord (me) is a PhD Student, scholar, and a highschool mathematics teacher willing to help teach in all aspects of life, including study, gardening, cooking, and so on. The view is spectacular. Two kittens do roam the house, so potential interns cannot have allergies. Cleanliness is a MUST. A willing to develop oneself maturely is a MUST (so combining the two means chores). A focus on study and self-study is also a MUST. I am looking for a summer intern to add to our maturing intentional (and international!) community here. It will be a lot of fun! :) For international parents: I had the privilege of raising 5 children from China for a year and take my many roles as educator, custodian/guardian, landlord, and so on, seriously. So if you are international parents wanting a clean, studious home that is knowledgeable about Eastern customs and culture and devoted to high quality mathematics education, this is the place to be.
