| I’m looking for a responsible, professional person preferably female to share my apartment with, rent is 1200 plus Electricity and Insurance, parking is extra and separate with management, no smoking inside of the house, it’s not my concern if you smoke just do it on the balcony, no wild parties and ample notice if you’re having company and no sleepovers of the male gender/genders, I’d prefer someone who doesn’t drink and party or if you do keep that outside of the home.
