Description
Hi, I am Timothy, I am looking for an UNFURNISHED room just for myself alone on the upper floor of a house with big windows facing west and a private bathroom with a bathtub. I also need a parking space for my small Honda Civic. I use the car only occasionally for food shopping, so parking inside the garage will be ideal. I have a single bed, a folding 6' desk, a 3' x 2' dining table, a CRT TV set, a microwave oven and many apple boxes. I also have 3 mini-refrigerators (20" x 20" x 36") which are 5 star energy saver, I need to have them in my room for convenience. So I need a room at least 12' x 12' in size. Preferred locations : Within these boundaries: Hurontario to the east, Creditview to the west, Eglinton to the north, Dundas to the south. But my favorite area is in the vicinity of the woods in Richard Jones Park or Deer Run Park but far away from the railroad track. Lease term: Long term. Move in date: August 1 If available please email me: timothysquest@yahoo.ca Please include photos of room, bathroom, bathtub and kitchen, also address and rent expectation. I have steady and secured income. Income statement is available on demand. I will never lose my job and unable to pay my rent. I also have an Equifax credit score of 802 which is rated as excellent. Here is the infomation on my ethnic background, occupation, past residence, characters, cooking habit and lifestyle: I am a Cantonese Chinese Canadian. I was separated from my mother by the communists at age 2, grew up motherless as a child, along with my older sister under the care of my father (a mechanical engineer). At age 16 I Immigrated to Canada only with my father (sister was dating, she didn't want to come). I grew up as a teenager in downtown Toronto, graduated from University of Toronto in electrical engineering and retired from a big electronic company in the aerospace industry after 31 years of service. My job involved testing and troubleshooting analog/digital printed circuit boards and collaborating with liason engineers on implementing changes in test procedure and corrective measures in circuit and component designs. The company is a manufacturer of Inertial Navigation Unit (INU) for commercial aeroplanes and military aircrafts, also in US Navy ships. Most of the PCB in the INU in the cockpit of Air Canada were tested, troubleshoot and repaired by me. In 2008 I sold my 8-year old condo in downtown Toronto and moved to Mississauga for cleaner air and less traffic congestion. For the past 10 years, I have been living in a leased condo in the Square One area but I have moved out of it as my landlord wanted to reoccupy the unit for family use while condo living has become unaffordable. I am currently living in a room in a house for short term lease as my current landlord will be moving to US later this year and plans to rent the whole house out to just one family through a property management corporation. Both of my landlords said I am the best tenant ever, as I helped them fixing problems in their condo / house and kept it in good shape. Reference is available. I don't smoke, I have no visitors. I am considerate, quiet, neat, tidy and well organized, I always keep my home clean and the hardwood floor dust free. I do very little cooking, I eat the same meals everyday: Oatmeal in the morning and chicken and rice in the early afternoon, all is done in a rice cooker. My supper is finished long before others starting cooking their dinner so I will not cause traffic congestion in the kitchen. This is my daily routine: Internet research on various topics, playing the stock market, listening to music on very low volume, watching my collection of movies and films from the projector, posting music videos in Youtube in my leisure, exercising and jogging in the woods. I hope I will have a benign, friendly and empathetic landlord to enhence my livelihood. If there is any missing information please let me know. After paying nearly $1/2 million income tax in my working life, I afraid after August 1 I may end up living in a cardboard box under a bridge due to unaffordable housing, deplorable living conditions and discriminatory home owners ..... Students only, working professionals only, vegetarians only, certain ethnic only, female only ............ Pierre Trudeau named the current prime minister after his vision of a "just society", but that name appears to be a misnomer. I regret I did not buy a condo, instead, I leased one.
