AS IT IS SHARED KITCHEN NO BEEF/PORK WILL BE ALLOWED INSIDE. ROOM is IN A CONDO UNIT, NOT IN A BASEMENT, NOT IN A HOUSE, HENCE NOT SUITABLE for parties or gatherings. RENT will be $999 / month ( all utilities included) and primarily given on AT LEAST THREE (3) months contract and after 3 months it will be ON month to month basis. Condo amenities such as gym, pool etc WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE for short term ( less than six months). FIRST + LAST MONTH + $200 FULLY REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT NEEDED FOR RENTING. A reasonable cleanliness is expected from the room mate for the shared space such as washroom and kitchen( not left messed up) for the other room mate to use.
