| I’ve got a private room (Unfurnished )on the top floor of the main hall (LOOKING FOR Female TENANT ONLY) The bathroom is shared with 2 other folks, but the main hall and kitchen are also shared with the other tenets, which are a mix of couples and two girls. The house is super convenient because it’s close to bus stops, restaurants, and grocery stores, and it’s about a 15-minute drive from Square One Mall. The neighborhood is really friendly and welcoming, and the tenants are all great people. We live like a big family. Oh, and utilities are included with the rent, and parking is also available (there’s an extra fee). There’s also access to the backyard for relaxing.
