| Nice furnished bedroom on the upper level of my quiet home, becoming available again on December 1. This is for for a SINGLE occupancy, for a student or working professional. Preferably female. There is a small fridge in the room for your own use, and you would have use of the freezer in the kitchen. The kitchen and bathroom would be shared with myself ( female) and one other person ( male) . You could do light cooking only please, without strong aromas (no strong spices). The home is located on a lovely family oriented tree lined street, and is located very close to the Mississauga/Oakville border and close to Dundas/ Winston Churchill intersection. It’s just a three minute walk to route 29 bus stop, and approximately a 15 minute walk to Winston Churchill to catch route 45. There is a park just around the corner ( 4 minute walk) Located just a few minutes from 403 and QEW highways. Buses are available to UTM and Sheridan College Oakville. Movie theatres, and restaurants are close by. Walking distance to various shops, and grocery stores. A $900 deposit would be required, which would become your first month rent, plus $900 due on the date you move in (which will become your last month rent) The $1800 must be paid in full by move in date. If you require parking, there is an additional $50 monthly fee for it. My friend and I live here. We are both quiet, but friendly people. I have a dog, so you must be ok with dogs.
