| Urgently Seeking Room to Rent for June 30/July 1st—Budget $800 or less (All-Inclusive) Hello! I’m a quiet, clean, don't smoke, and respectful single working professional male urgently looking for a room to rent for June 30/July 1st. Due to unexpected and unfortunate circumstances with my current rental (misrepresented in the landlords original ad), I now need to relocate by end of June. Budget: $600-800 or less/month all-inclusive (utilities, WiFi, parking). I can provide first month’s rent on move-in day, and a partial last month’s rent if needed. A bit tight $$ because of the circumstances imposed on me. Be assured that I pay my rent on time. References to back it up. Preferred areas: Mississauga, Cooksville, Clarkson and Port Credit.
