| Hi! Looking for a Hindi speaking female roommrate who is over the age of 30. It is for the master bedroom in a 2 bedroom condo right next to Cooksville Go station. The condo is owned by my elderly mother who lives in the second bedroom. Parking spot in an underground garage is $50/extra. Internet, hydro, and water is covered under the rent. Roommate is responsible for all food and laundry items. Roommate is expected to help maintain the condo, especially the common areas (Kitchen/Bathroom). My mother prefers someone who does not cook meat but occasionally cooking chicken is ok. Since my mother is senior, I'm looking for a caring and compassionate person. |
