| Hello there, I am a 39 year old Polish male who is on disability (therefore have VERY stable income, pretty much guaranteed). Am looking to rent a furnished bedroom (must have at least a bed) with parking for 1 vehicle anywhere in the Mississauga or Brampton area. Am also open to other areas in the GTA if the price is right. I am a smoker (tobacco only and outdoors only) and I don't drink, party or do any drugs. I am currently living with family but want to take the step towards more independent living. Looking for roommates who are quiet (no loud parties) and I don't care if they smoke or not. I only smoke outside. My budget is up to $750 all in (with parking and utilities, internet). Don't mind a basement, or a upper level, or apartment or condo. Just as long as it's within budget and includes parking as I need my car to get to my medical appointments which are in South Mississauga. |
