| * Only available for 1 month between 1st July to 31st July. Maximum can extend by another 1 week on per day rent basis but afterwards need the room since my parents are coming to stay with me. * Only simple breakfast cooking allowed - oatmeal, etc. * 1 full bath-toilet shared with just one other person. * Mattress + chair + table is provided. Even though it is not shown in the picture but it will be provided. * Includes a sliding closet. Also some extra storage for extra bags available in case needed. Near to Important locations: * 6 mins car or 12 mins bus to Square One (Walmart, Whole Foods, banks, etc). * 25 mins bus to the University Of Toronto, Mississauga campus or 6 mins by car. * 9 mins walk to Erindale Go station. * 10 mins bus or 5 minutes car to Sheridan College, Mississauga Campus. * A park/garden view from outside the window :). * 1 min walk to multiple gardens including beautiful Deer Run forest like trail, good walking trails. 15 mins walk to Riverwood trail. You will really enjoy if you love nature and trees and gardens. Grocery: * 9 mins walk to Fresh Palace Supermarket. You will walk via the Deer Run forest like trail. * 10 mins walk to Srilankan Super Market for Indian food items as well as normal vegetables and fruits. * 16 mins bus to Sabzi Mandi Indian supermarket. It’s a huge supermarket. More Info: * A nice backyard and a beautiful park view outside the room. * Living room NOT included. * It's a very clean house and we expect a housemate who likes to keep the house clean. * Safe neighbourhood. * No alcohol or smoking or other substances inside and near the house. * No visitors allowed without permission.
