| Everything included, heat, A/C, Wi-Fi, pool etc. Looking for a roommate since mine bought a house! More pics to come, it's messy cuz of the move lol. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, two decks, fire pit, a bbq built into the house propane. 40 acres. Pool with private deck. Garage for storage. Gorgeous property, I have a veggie garden and wildflower garden going! I have two cats and lots of plants. The cats are cool, properly trained and happy so there are no "accidents". If interested we could discuss things in further detail, but this is shared everything, not just sticking you in a room. This would be as much your place. You: any gender, any ethnicity, any work schedule, as long as you shower and aren't a slob (lol). Me: 32 y/o single female. Non smoker, but do occasionally vape which doesn't smell.
