| Roomate is moving out. Shared home, I have a room upstairs and work from home in the other room doing esthetics, this doesn't interfere with the rest of the home. You will have the whole basement, a powder room at the top of the stairs and shower upstairs is shared. Main space is shared, nice main floor with kitchen/living space. Seperate entrance at the back if preferred. I have 2 cats who are super friendly and snuggly. Some furniture can be left like the ikea wardrobe, love seat, coffee table. Utilities extra, avg $150.
