| Hey there! I'll start with a little about us; We are a gay couple (32 and 27 years old) that bought an old fixer upper in the town of Marmora. We are thinking about renting out a room or two if we found the right fit. Obviously you would have to be LGBTQ+ friendly. We also have 2 dogs, a golden and a sheltie, and wouldn't want more pets but could be discussed. We are 420 friendly, but not big party animals. We both work full time and are pretty busy. About the house. The bedroom for rent is a good size, with new flooring and paint, a large window and small but decent closet. It currently has a double bed and side tables which could be left in there or removed. The house has 1.5 bathrooms, big kitchen, living area, laundry, large yard, parking, Hi speed wifi. It is currently in need of lots of work which were diy'ing so it's a slow process, but it has all working amenities and overall a good little home.
