| Room for rent on 2nd floor with shared washroom, kitchen and Laundry. Rent is on a monthly basis.1 person only. House room mate rules; Keep rented space clean regurlaly No pets,No smoking,No vaping,No cooking outside kitchen. Always clean after using kitchen area, appliances, laundry and shared common spaces. No parties allowed anytime! 1 visitor allowed 2 days a week but not consecutive, for health and safety reasons. Room mate renter must be friendly, non agressive and respectfull of other room mates in the same house. No Loud noise from 9pm to 8am. Laundry limit usage of 2 loads per week and during off peak energy hours. Owner has the discretion to raise rent yearly Room rent to be paid monthly on time. Room rent includes house utilities. Wifi is included at owners discreption. 30 days notice required from tennant before leave date. 30 days notice required from landlord for renter to leave if house rules are broken or other unforseen factors. First and last month rent required at move in date. $200 required for keys deposit. Rent payments to be made by interac. Only bedroom , shared washroom ,kitchen And laundry are included in this rent agreement. Basement, garage, living room and downstairs washroom not included. Back yard can be used at owners discreption Same goes for front yard usage. |
