Major Intersection is Brimley and Denison 2 Spots available. Females or couples preferred but not necessary. ROOM 1: Master bedroom (without washroom) Sharing - $800/month + utilities ($70-100 max). Parking for additional $50 a month. Single occupant - $1300/month + utilities ($70-100 max). Parking for additional $50 a month. Couple - $2000/month + utilities ($30-50 max). Parking for additional $50 a month ROOM 2: Mid size bedroom (without washroom) Sharing - $800/month + utilities ($70-100 max). Parking for additional $50 a month. Single occupant - $1150/month + utilities ($70-100 max). Parking for additional $50 a month. Couple - $2000/month + utilities ($30-50 max). Parking for additional $50 a month ABOUT HOUSE: Large bunglow with 5 bedroom, open concept kitchen with room size dinning room and a backyard located in a quite neighbourhood in Markham. ABOUT YOU: Clean, mature and responsible person. Student or Working professional preffered but doesnt matter. Non smoker and no non-veg cooking (other than chicken) in the house. You can bring and have it but respectfully keep it to your personal space. We dont mind chicken but no other meat to be cooked in the house please. ABOUT US: We were 6 full time working professional 2 male, 2 females and 1 couple. 2 Males are moving out at the end of August. Matured, fun and the house will not be shared by no more than 6 persons so we are 4 and looking for 1-2 others for a prefect fit.
