| Cozy room available comes with one queen size bed, 1 dresser, 1 end table. You must supply all your own bedding. House is shared with 3 males the owner the owners son and 1 boarder. Would be ideal for someone who works at Chapmans ice cream plant located 10 minutes walking distance. Parking spot is not included. Bathroom and laundry which are shared is located on the upper level beside the bedrooms for easy convenience. No pets as we already have a Small dog.
