| Hey there everyone, my mom and I are offering a room for rent in our cozy townhouse. You can choose which room you would like to rent. We have 3 you can choose from. We got a big master bedroom that has its own private washroom for $999/ month or a medium bedroom going for $750 a month or a smaller bedroom going for $650 a month. The kitchen is shared , the plus side is we do have a dishwasher and we cover electricity and gas. Kitchen is shared and you can obviously use part of the fridge. Living room space is also shared. There is internet here but it can be slow, what we can do is always switch internet providers and all of us split the cost. We have a little guy here named Oscar. He is a rescue senior dog who is really friendly and a good boy. He's a half corgi and half Jack Russell. So if you love dogs, this is the perfect place for you. We do have laundry you can use for an extra $30 a month (you buy your own laundry detergent). We're looking for a roommate who is very clean and respectful, someone who loves dogs/animals, responsible and able to pay the rent on time. Who we are, creative types who are responsible and respectful, clean and busy. You must be ok with living with a cute doggo You must have first and last, we can do short term rental as well, or you can sign a year long lease. Must be able to pay your rent on time (always) Must be clean. |
