| Hello there, My husband and I are looking for a pet-friendly apartment for rent in the Woodbridge or Etobicoke area. We are preferable for a 1 - 2 bedroom apartment with an in-suite washer and dryer, a stove, and access to parking. We are willing to consider a large studio apartment too. We have two dogs. If the unit is in a building, then preferably a building that has pet amenities such as a pet wash station and even a dog run/park if possible. We are open to considering basement apartments too, however, we prefer something with lots of natural light and no low ceilings as my husband is 6’ 5” tall. Bonus if the apartment could be a walkout or ground floor level to a yard or something for our dogs to play. Our budget is around $1,600 - $2,000/month which I know is pretty tight considering the current state of the housing market, however, we may be able to be flexible if something really catches our interest. My husband and I are both working professionals. He works in Brampton, so preferably something located in Woodbridge or north Etobicoke where he could easily get to work via transit as we currently share a car (e.g. maybe something near Hwy 7 or Albion Rd). Near Downsview Park could potentially work as well. We are willing to provide references, and although our dogs are house-trained, we can provide a damages deposit for our dogs for peace of mind. I have experience as a landlord, so I know the importance of having good, respectful tenants. Thank you most kindly. |
