Please messsge before calling as I am working on weekdays! 1 Master Bedroom available for rent for single occupancy or sharing in Etobicoke (near Sherway gardens) Bus number 15 and 123 are 5 mins walk away from the house Rent - $1000 + $20 for WiFi (rest all utilities are included ) On sharing basis - $1100 Parking - Yes Available from - December 2024, depends on the person and how quickly you can move in Also, what you see in the room will not be there when you move in, it will be empty Laundry is in the basement There are a total of 3 rooms in the detached house at main floor (not basement). 2 are occupied. All of us are from Delhi and aged 25-27 (male). It’s a massive room and comes with a closet. The table bookshelf and bed frame will be removed before you move in. You can cook veg/non-veg, (smoke outside the house), drink, play PS, party on weekends. All I’m trying to say is there no restrictions as such. We just expect some common sense, keep everything clean, help in household chores (garbage, snow removal, etc). There is no lease, it’s on month to month basis. You’re expected to give first and last month’s rent initially.
