The lease can be extended upon request. Male Full-Time Western University Student only. Will share the house with two male students. Furnished bedroom with bed frame, mattress, work desk, and chair. Kitchen with all appliances including dining table and laundry is shared with two other male students. No parking. No overnight or prolonged visitors and no parties. - Provide proof of enrollment at Western University and photo ID - Must pay first and last month rent.
