This is a 3 bedroom unit on the top floor of a house located at Western Rd. and Oxford, however the third room is a shared office/storage/miscellaneous space (which can be reorganized after moving in, it's shared 50/50 so you have equal say). The living room and kitchen are furnished, the bedroom is not. The bedroom available is the largest in the unit. There is laundry on the property but it's shared by all three units of the house. Only caged pets are allowed, and internet will be extra! If you have any questions or want more pictures please feel free to reach out :) Parking is available! About me: I'm a student at King's going into my fifth year and I'm looking for a friendly, clean roommate.
