Male Full-Time Western University Student only. Will share the house with two male students. Furnished bedroom with bed frame, mattress, work desk, and chair. Kitchen with all appliances including dining table and laundry is shared with two other male students. No parking. No overnight or prolonged visitors and no parties. - Provide proof of enrollment at Western University and photo ID - Must pay first and last month rent. Will provide a receipt if requested. - Rent will be paid every first day of the new month - Provide $200 security deposit refundable at lease end - Within walking distance of Costco, Sobeys, and many restaurants - 1 full and 1 half bathroom shared with two other male students - Shared laundry with washer and dryer will be available only on the weekend for one day (Saturday or Sunday) - Strictly NO DRINKING, SMOKING, DRUGS, OR PETS - Parties are not permitted - Room is to only be used for living.
