Room available in a clean, commute-friendly home with 2-3 other female roommates! Looking for an upper-year or graduate school student who is very tidy and responsible. The home has a great location; located on the intersection of Aldersbrook road and Fanshawe Park Road. Less than a 1 minute walk from direct busses going to/from Western campus (less than 20 minute ride), >10 min to Masonville Mall, 1 intersection away from various grocery shops, pharmacies, retail shops, etc. (e.g. Walmart, Shoppers, NoFrills, Starbucks, Winners, etc.), and nice walking trails nearby. Please respond to this ad only if you also tidy and responsible, willing to regularly contribute to the regular upkeep and maintenance of a clean home. Don’t want any mismatches in terms of expectations/ responsibility! The house is furnished so you just need to furnish your bedroom (but feel free to add your own touches if you want!). Rent is inclusive (utilities, internet, laundry after 7pm + weekends). House has 1.5 bathrooms (shared). No overnight parking available (neither on driveway nor street) - respond only if you do not have a vehicle.
