| Wanted: 3rd Roommate for May 2025-Sep 2025 (SUMMER CONTRACT) $650 monthly, plus utilities ABOUT US We are one female Master's student and male PhD student looking for a roommate for a house on Oxford Street. We are located right outside a major bus stop with a 15 minute bus ride to downtown and a 30 minute bus ride to campus. The house has heating including a gas fireplace and central heating, air conditioning, a washer and dryer on site, two bathrooms, and a shared balcony. ABOUT YOU Age: We would prefer a respectful and clean adult to student. The two of us work full time, spend most of our time in the library/lab and require a quiet atmosphere in our off hours. While we do hold parties sometimes, these are social occasions and do not involve loud music.
