This place has 3 upstairs rooms for rent for female students in smoke free semi for sub-let in London, Ont. 10 minutes from Western University, close to 3 bus stops: 8 months minimum with possibility to stay longer. Master bedroom rental $1200.00 per month all in - includes utilities, air conditioning, high speed internet, use of shared kitchen, shared living, the upstairs bathroom is near the bedrooms shared with 2 other females; also another 2 pc bathroom on main floor. Kitchen has microwave, dishwasher, stove, fridge/freezer with own designated shelves, own food cupboard. The main floor has washing machine and dryer free laundry on-site, furnished living room and furnished dining room. Spacious shared home with nice backyard, and deck. Free parking for 1 vehicle. No other fees except it is extra $15 per month for each extra appliance brought in such as another refrigerator. Nicely maintained home and not your typical student housing. Seeking one more responsible tenant for this smoke free/drug free home. We would love to hear more about you. ....
