No smoking indoors but cigarette and pot friendly out on the back patio (with a hottub constantly set to 37⁰C). Must be pet-friendly (we have a happy 3 year old black lab and a 13 year old long hair cat). Comfortable room with queen sized bed, dresser, desk, lamp and closet. Bed linens, pillows and bathroom towels are provided. Room is directly across from the full bathroom. Kitchen, dishware and cooking tools provided. Shared, modern laundry machines (NOT pay per use). No parking guaranteed (it's a free for all to park in visitor's parking provided by the complex). Unlimited, high speed internet. Use of upper living/dining room with 50" Roku TV.
