| We´re looking for a female roommate to take the third room of our place. The townhouse is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath. The room is available from mid-September, 2024. Non-smoking or exclusively smoking outside. 1 bedroom available, shared full bath with another roommate. Most small pets are fine. Rent is $812 + utilities, which will make it around $900. If you apply please include some details about yourself. Located in south London within a 5 min drive to groceries, restaurants, and many more amenities. Bus routes 10 and 12 are a 3 min walk away. 1st floor: Entryway, “office” area, 1-car driveway in front of 1-car garage. Both spots will be occupied, but there’s visitor’s parking and we can talk to management about renting an extra spot if necessary. 2nd floor: Dining room, kitchen, half-bath, washer/dryer, living room. 3rd floor: 2 bedrooms (one available) with one full bath to share, and one master bedroom/ensuite (taken). |
