Room rental $1100 per month includes 1 parking spot, all utilities, air conditioning, high speed internet, use of shared kitchen, shared living, the upstairs bathroom is near the bedrooms shared with 2 other females but you have your own personal mirror and sink space in your own large room; also another 2 pc bathroom on main floor. Kitchen has microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with own designated shelves, own food cupboard. The main floor has washing machine and dryer laundry on-site FREE, furnished living room dependent on what is there at the time, furnished dining room. Spacious shared quiet home with nice backyard, and deck. Free parking for 1 vehicle. (extra $15 per month for each extra appliance brought in such as another refrigerator). Nicely maintained home and not your typical student housing. Seeking one more responsible tenant for this smoke free/drug free home. We would love to hear more about you. ....
