| -Contract for Sept 2025 - April 2026 -Looking for 1 person --preferably a student but also okay with working professional -Furnished bedroom available -All utilities & Wifi included -Access to laundry -Parking available -30 second walk to bus stop and 15 minute walk to Fanshawe college -Furnished house with tv, bbq, cleaning supplies, kitchen has dishwasher and stocked with plates, utensils & cookware --shared space with 2 home owners -Must be okay to live with a dog (cocker spaniel). She's a rescue so unfortunately we can't have more pets. She is friendly and trained but she is not looking to make friends and will take time to warm up to you. -First and last month if selected among applicants Contact if interested and we can set up an interview.
