| I have a room for rent in my home. Im a single mother looking to help make ends meet. The room is bright with lots of natiral light, high celings, hard wood floors. Rental can be for long or short term. Right now the room 8s partially furnished with a bed and two bedside tables and lamp. Decent sized closet. Shared bathroom and kitchen. I live here with my 14 yr old daughter, so im asking for Females Only Please. We live in a very nice neighborhood in Old North area of city, which is walking distance to Western amd Kings College, but not too far from Fanshawe either. Also walking down to ALL amenities at Huron and Adelaide is about 5 mins. We are a Drama Free household, eith relaxed atmoshere. Perfect for students or anyone who is mature clean and responisble.
