| Available Immediately. We are looking for a quiet male. The current residents do not have parties, as this is a very quiet building with mainly older people living in it. The owners of the building do not allow smoking or vaping inside the building but they are acceptable outside. Coin laundry on site. WiFi and Utilities included. Current residents are gay living in separate rooms and are looking for a male is who is ok living in that situation. (one is out the other is not) The room comes with a double bed with bedding, a desk and a chair, we are working on finding a dresser and has a great closet. You have access to all the kitchen appliances, including fridge, stove, air fryer, toaster, microwave, toaster oven, deep fryer, food processor, bread maker and hot dog cooker. You will have our own double cupboard in the kitchen for food. You have access to all the plates, cutlery, pots & pans. We prefer no overnight guests, but on the occasional weekend it is permitted. This is a single room for 1 person only, no room sharing. Not suitable for international students. Looking for a person who is over the age of 30, with a full time job or is a full time student at one of the local educational institutions. Not suitable for OW or ODSP Building is a short walk to Fanshawe College Main Campus, and is located is on major bus routes.
