| Currently, have two roommates but I am looking to rent out the other rooms. The 3 roommates (not including myself ) will be sharing a full bathroom that is on the second floor, as well as a half bathroom on the main floor. The kitchen laundry sunroom and backyard are shared spaces with everyone in the house and those rooms are expected to be kept clean at all times. You will have a Bedroom on the second floor and a living room on the main floor included in your rent. Also included in your rent is the internet, hydro, and water. You also get a parking spot as well. I will not rent a room to couples so let's just get that out of the way right now. You must be a clean individual and have the ability to pick up after yourself, as we share some areas in the house and I hate to walk into a dirty Kitchen. I have a large dog but he is super friendly. The rent is $900 a month. |
