That means if you have a vehicle, this is not the place for you. She is quiet and friendly. ROOM MEASUREMENTS: 11' X 9.5' (plus closet) + room has large window CLOSE BUS ROUTES: Route 20 = 1 minute walk; Route 104, 17, 20 = 11 minute walk INTERNET: Wireless internet included (Unlimited 50mbps) LAUNDRY: Yes; washer and dryer are on site KITCHEN AND BATHROOM: Shared KITCHEN: Includes fridge, stove, microwave, toaster oven, air fryer, and all essential cookware. CLOSE TO: Grocery store (11 min walk), Variety store (1 minute walk), Fanshawe College (20 min walk) & Bus routes ADDITIONAL STORAGE AVAILABLE: No, but there will be available kitchen cupboards for kitchenware and food BACK YARD ACCESS: Yes. It’s large and suitable for relaxation SMOKING: No smoking and no vaping inside the home SOMETHING TO CONSIDER: This may be a slightly higher cost for a room but this is due to it being a quiet, private room with a total of 3 people in a 3 bedroom house.
