| Hey everyone! We are looking for a mature student or working professional to move into the upstairs bedroom beginning September 1st. The house is fully furnished and the bedroom comes equipped with a large closet, bed, desk, and chair. The rest of the house has couches, TV, dining table/chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen. Additional amenities include in house washer and dryer, dishwasher, and in ground pool. There is also a main floor powder room. This is a shared house with a female masters student and a female medical student. We are comfortable having this house co-ed or all girls! All three upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom. Everyone is quiet and clean and mainly just keep to ourselves. We are less than a 10 minute to walk from Sherwood Forest Mall which has Food Basics, GoodLife Fitness, Tim Hortons, Shoppers Drug Mart, Chicken+, McDonalds, and more! We are 5 mins from a bus stop that goes directly to Western campus (max 20 min journey total). Price is $850 all inclusive (hydro, heating/cooling, water, and internet). We are offering one year leases only with the option to continue month to month afterwards! Parking is available for an additional $25 per month. Please message to set up a tour.
