| Private room for rent 595 Highbury Ave N, London, ON N5W 4K6, Canada It's a shared house, two rooms are vacant to rent out, and rent is a total of $2400 between you and the other person living in the house, which means you're only paying $1200 each month. It's all inclusive, you'd be taking over for my lease which ends April 30th of this year, after that, you can go month to month. No need to pay first and last month's rent either. Just need a proof of income. The room is private for you, but the rest of the house is shared. There's parking and laundry included as well, you have a gigantic backyard with a fire pit, and you're super close to everything! You will have a roommate on the same floor as you, but he's rarely home due to working full time, and usually keeps to himself when he is home. We are looking for someone to take over As Soon As Possible! It is also pet friendly, as long as your pets are respectful. I don't recommend this place if you're a family looking for a home, but it's great if you are a student or someone just looking for a private place to live.
