| Hello everyone, I'm looking to rent a lg room or a nice basement . I'm 39 years old and work fulltime . I'm looking to pay no more than 750 for a room or 850 if it's a basement . I don't smoke , I do vape (trying to quit) and will go outside. I don't do drugs of any kind but do like my beers. I am respectful and easy to get along with. I have 2 mini fridges and my own little freezer and a really nice air fryer so I won't have to use yours . I'm looking for Dec 1 .
