| My roommate and I are looking to sublet the two basement rooms in the townhouse we’re renting (4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms). The rooms are available on May 1, and the sublease will run for 12 months until April 30, 2025. We are open to either individual renters or a pair of renters. One of the two rooms is furnished, while the other is not. The property is about 10 minutes away from the Western campus by bus.
