| Hi, I’m a 39 year old male looking for either a male or female roommate in exclusive north London condo. The bathroom/kitchen/laundry would be shared. I’m a working professional 40/h week (7-3 pm.) Condo has indoor salt water pool/hot tub/sauna/gym/balcony etc etc. approx 700sqft unit. I’m clean, quiet and respectful and will never have visitors there to keep the space private. * 1 bedroom, however the master would have your own door lock. Living area could be suitable for a pull out sofa style mattress if you choose that space (bachelor/studio style setup) Will except female or male Preferably 28-40 age group with no pets Must have steady employment Must be clean and respectful $800 month plus 800 security deposit Parking would be additional $25 month |
