Long time professional artist, former university/college art history/applied arts teacher, just moved back to the area, looking for large artist studio work and living space. I do painting, drawing and sculpture. Decent, quiet. I need to set up a small kiln with sculpture and painting areas with heavy wooden tables. Semi-finished, ‘warehouse’ type space or upstairs apartment with large ‘garage’ type work area preferred. Must be secure and warm in winter.
