| Good size room easily fits queen size bed and dressers in awesome house on quiet street in great area. Rent includes all utilities heat, Hydro water, Rogers high speed internet, central air use of the swimming pool use of several living areas inside home, parking and laundry. This is a monthly rental no lease, no first and last month's required. Bed frame and dresser included if needed mattress would be the only thing required. We are looking for someone who is quiet considerate respectful of others and picks up after themselves contributes to keeping main areas clean. We are 420 friendly, marijuana smokers in the house with a very chill energy. We do not smoke tobacco and prefer a roommate that does not smoke tobacco, however, you can smoke tobacco outside of the house, marijuana smoking allowed inside the house, no heavy drinkers or alcoholics.
