| Two fully furnished inclusive bedrooms. All you need is clothing and a laptop. Included: All utilities, also including fast unlimited highspeed internet, Rogers cable television. Clean and quiet upper-level 100 square foot bedrooms with keyed locks and private entrance are available (One bedroom = 1 occupant) in the rear unit of a three bedroom duplex. The third bedroom is occupied by the property owner (male). Everything is fully furnished (bed, desk, tables, TV, utensils, etc.) and cleanly painted with faux-wood blinds. The beds are fullsize. New sheets and pillow included. Two washrooms, but one is en-suite so one three-piece bathroom to share between two bedrooms. 1.5 fully equipped kitchens with lots of cupboard space. New matress+boxspring for one of the bedrooms is on order. Air conditioned, with a washer/dryer, chest freezer, BBQ, and weight equipment on the lower level. Parking in back of the house is reachable by a narrow driveway. The house is non-smoking. Occasional friends over are fine, but not a group after the bars close. In general you need to be quiet: The house is work from home owner occupied. Rent is $810/month (per room) with prepayment of a deposit for last months rent required. Monthly occupancy (not a term lease - no credit check). The above is inclusive of all utilities, including internet and Rogers cable television service. The house supports wireless and is wired for ethernet. The house is centrally located just south of Oxford&Adelaide, on the west side of Adelaide, between Pall Mall and Piccadilly. Several grocery stores within short walking distance, minutes to a Goodlife, and located two minutes from express bus routes to Fanshawe and UWO. About a twenty minute walk to the downtown area. |
