Month to month (no first and last needed) All Furnished Room 1: Master bedroom-Avail- Feb. 1, 2023 ($900) Room 2: Queen - ($900): Avail. Feb. 1 ($900) Room 3: Single bed-Avial. Jan 15, 2023 ($900) About me: -I have a hypo-allergenic dog because of allergies in my family and less vacuuming for me. She is beautiful and quiet so 1 is plenty. I am an Educational Assistant. I own my own Residential Cleaning business. I am looking for someone who is CLEAN and quiet. -I am living in the house. Roomies: -Upper rooms: share bathroom, kitchen, laundry room and roommate fridge (do not use owner's main bathroom and fridge). 3 people would share the upper bathroom. House: My house is close to Fanshawe south, Victoria hospital and 3 minute to the 401. Intersection is Commissionaires and Deveron. Closed in backyard and you are more than welcome to use it. -There are house guidelines to follow, mainly keeping things clean to respect others using the shared space. **FEMALE Guests only. NO sleepovers. ***1 parking available (single driveway) What is Included: -Price includes furnished room, wifi, heat, AC, hydro, water (be respectful how much water and electricity you are using to avoid splitting the cost), laundry machine, bath towels, basket, and bed sheets. Kitchen items are shared. -Cable and TV is not included. House guideline: -Please no outdoor shoes worn in the house (wear slippers because of no carpets. -No house parties/sleepovers (to respect those who work early in the morning) -Please put things back when you use an item. -Please take care of your hygiene :) -MUST BE A CLEAN PERSON -More detailed in the contract (mainly keeping house clean to respect others who share the space) ***1 parking available (single driveway) If posting still up, rooms are still available |
