Unlimited 1 Gbps Wi-Fi distributed throughout the house via AX3000 Wi-Fi 6 Mesh System (no sign up/ hook up/ installation fees to worry about)... -private entrance -equipped, shared (with two other boarders) eat in kitchen (microwave, pots, dishes, toaster, kettle etc...all included for you to use) -shared bathroom with two other boarders. -Currently one adult female who has lived here for over 10 years and one adult male who has lived here 2 years occupy the other two rooms. Everyone is over 45 -everyone cleans up after themselves (cleanliness is taken VERY seriously here and it's expected that each boarder takes their turn cleaning common areas), use of vacuum, broom, mop and bucket, but cleaning liquids etc... are boarder's responsibility... -no smoking/vaping, no drug users or heavy drinkers... -no pets -no on site laundry (laundromat less than 5 minute walk, do multiple loads at once and be done) -no overnight guests but occasional visitors are okay -perfect for an Introvert type personality, if you like to have a lot of people around all the time then this is NOT the place for you, everyone keeps to themselves...this is not like the student rentals you've seen listed... Very fair, honest and kind owner lives upstairs ☻ Very private and affordable way to live while you save money for your next step in life...move in ready, just bring your clothes, bedding, electronics and your food...almost everything else is here for you to use... ☻ On major bus route... bus stop two minute walk from front door. Little Caesar's, Chinese take-out, Ring a Wing, all across the street.. Laundromat, ATM, Tim Horton's, A&W, Shoppers Drug Mart, Beer store, Domino's, Grocery store, all less than 5 minute walk...Walmart/Argyle mall, Fit4Less 3 blocks away.
