| This 1 bedroom unit is quite small but would be perfect for a single professional or mature student. Unfortunately there is NO laundry on site. This is the rear apartment of a house. You have your own separate entrance, parking space, mostly fenced yard with a deck great for bbq's. No smoking in the unit, and we are looking for a quiet tenant that is respectful of the house and other tenants in the other unit. Tenant is responsible for their own heat/hydro/water bills. House is heated by a gas furnace which heats both units (landlord pays gas) however we have had challenges with heat distribution so electric baseboard heaters have been added to help supplement heat when required. Unit is available for December 1st but there may be a possibility for an earlier move in date.
