In-ceiling speakers connected to stereo system with room-specific volume throughout the unit (which I use all the time!). TV. Cozy outdoor space. Includes gas, A/C, additional storage space in basement, on-site laundry, water. Parking is included. Largely unfurnished, though some furniture (mattress, desk, etc.) may be available for sale if you are interested. Hydro/electricity/heat is about $75–200 per month (depending on use, A/C, time of year, etc.) and internet is $55 per month. You may need to get tenant’s insurance. The space is a joy to live in and I’ll be missing this place, as I’ll be leaving London. I’m looking for a solid, responsible tenant to sublet during May and June, with the option of signing a full lease starting July 1. There is flexibility in the start date, with the possibility of an earlier move-in (mid or late April). Since this is a sublet, the landlord will want to meet you (virtually or in person) and need to approve you as a tenant.
