| Im a carpenter full time in london. Same place for 5 yrs. I also reno homes on the side with a friend. Im Looking for anything as long as its livable, basement. Trailer. Room. Im currently stuck in a situation i need to get out of with a woman and i cant keep living in motels or my car when its bad. I drive and need a spot to park. Im responsible and down to earth . I have a 16 yr old daughter i see some weekends when shes free or not working. If you have a fire pit, thats a plus. I can afford up to a $1000 per month. And i definitely do not care how legal the place is. If anything i can help reno anything as well as property maintenance if needed.
