| Hello, We are 3 Quiet and Reaponsible adults (2 females and 1 male) lpoking to rent a 3 bedroom house/ townhouse/ apartment/ condo - basocally any accommodation that has 3 bedrooms for rent ASAP or September 1st. We are looking to rent for minimum one year on a contract basis or month to month, whichever is available. We all have landlord and employer references. We are hoping to rent with direct payments to landlord set up for the year for the ease for everyones sake. We can provide 1st and last as well as sucurity deposit if needed. A plus would be laundry onsite or nearby, all utilities included, wifi and furnished - but its not necessary.
